Mar learned to meditate when she was eight years old. A teacher noticed that she had anxiety issues and taught her techniques to relax, sleep better, and deal with anxiety. That, says Mar, was the best advice she has ever received.
This practice can seem intimidating for some of us who are not very familiar with it. But according to Mar, meditating is really easy. It is all about focusing on your breathing and being present at the moment with yourself.
Through meditation, you can learn to respond to your environment instead of reacting to it.
